Technical Support
Currently the Office of Academic Computing has three technical support analysts to assist with technical issues and computer problems. They handle a wide range of computer issues from software to hardware.
If you encounter a problem with your issued laptop, simply bring it down to the Support Lab on Hanes E-Floor, Room 3. Or, you can contact Dennis Boyles at 6-5877, Chris Nelson at 6-7413, Curtis Merritt at 6-6947, or the shared line 6-1410.
