Parent Involvement at Children's Choice Parents are encouraged to become involved with activities and events at Children's Choice through the Parent Involvement Committee or PIC. The PIC’s purpose is to recruit parent volunteers to help plan and organize activities and events at Children's Choice that will enhance their child's, as well as their teacher's, experience at the center.  PIC organized activities and events include monthly enrichment activities , spring and fall book fairs, a summer kickoff party, parent/child socials and teacher/staff appreciation luncheons and activities. Areas where parents can volunteer include: classroom representatives communications (web site, email tree) monthly enrichment activities book fairs summer kickoff party staff appreciation luncheons and events annual Thanksgiving staff luncheon Angel Tree holiday activities and events We ask only for parents to give of their time, creative thinking, organizational and planning skills. The PIC meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 12:00-1:00 in the multi-purpose room.  Please join us if you would like to get involved. Minutes from PIC meetings.
