Here are some programs that we offer now.

FIT Meals - 10-weeks of making meals that fit into your day

and budget.  (Hands on cooking and meal planning)  Offered in Spanish and English

Y Not Be A Healthy Family – A 10-week program for families who are concerned about their child’s weight.  The program will help parents change the eating habits and physical activity levels of the entire family.  Offered in Spanish and English
