·   DO NOT USE ELEVATORS during an emergency evacuation. Emergency response personnel may use an elevator for evacuation after review of the circumstances.

·   When the building evacuation alarm is sounded or when told to leave by a designated emergency official, walk quickly to the nearest marked exit and ask others to do the same.

·   Follow Evacuation signs posted in stairwells to level of exit discharge.

·   Once outside, MOVE TO AN EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT.

·   Remain at the emergency assembly point until a headcount is taken and further instructions are provided by emergency personnel.

·   DO NOT return to an evacuated building until advised by the Fire Department or Safety/Security.
