The Office of Student Services (OSS) supports the members of the student body throughout their medical careers. All student-related issues funnel through this office, and most activities that involve students, including orientation, Match Day, Convocation, and Graduation, are organized here. The OSS provides academic, career, and personal counseling. Special tutorial assistance, test taking assessments, and learning disability evaluations may be arranged through the OSS. Clinical rotation schedules for Phases III and IV are arranged in this office, and grades for clinical rotations are collected and disseminated from the OSS. Other responsibilities of the OSS include:
Ä The Registrar function, responsible for all past graduate certification;
Ä Oversight of student health;
Ä The Student - Faculty Advisor program;
Ä Student life and recreation issues;
Ä Facilitation of extramural and visiting student rotations;
Ä Acting as the contact point for AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges);
Ä Providing administrative assistant to the student government;
Ä Serving as administrative arm of the Honor Council, the Promotions Committee, and AOA and the Gold Humanism Honor Society;
