Paula Sisk, PhD, RD, IBCLC
Dr. Sisk grew up in Spruce Pine, North Carolina and has lived in Asheboro for the past 13 years. She has worked in the NICU at FMC for 13 years and before that worked for 6 years in the NICU at BCH as the dietitian and lactation consultant. She earned her PhD in Nutrition in 2005 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her area of interest is breastfeeding promotion in mothers of VLBW infants and nutritional support of the VLBW infant.
