Lisa Washburn, MD
is a graduate of Bowman Gray School of Medicine and trained in the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Training Program at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She returned to academics after eight years in a private neonatology practice in Jackson, MS. Her research interests are in neonatal follow up, particularly in the school age outcomes of former premature infants and exploring the fetal origins of hypertension.
