FACULTY FOREIGN TRAVEL AWARDS
I. Overview
The goal of this program is to enhance WFUHS faculty access to scientific meetings and other scientific and clinical activities overseas. The program is open to all levels of faculty who justify the need for foreign travel, either to help advance their research goals and standing, or for clinicians who wish to learn a new technique or practice skill. Justification for travel funds should include evidence that the applicant does not have other existing sources of travel funds, either extramural or departmental. These grants provide funds not to exceed $1,500, although these funds can be combined with other sources. There is one application deadline for this mechanism, typically in early spring. Deadlines
