The Oasis Committee welcomes submissions from students, faculty, and alumni of any of the health science programs at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

Oasis welcomes the submission of student created artwork in various media. All artwork must be digitally photographed. The digital photos of all artwork should be sharp and in focus, evenly illuminated, and of sufficient resolution. For three-dimensional artwork, the background (if visible) should be neutral and unobtrusive.

To determine sufficient resolution, the size of the image file should be approximately 1 MB (or greater) and image compression should not be apparent when viewing.

Digital cameras should be 4 megapixels or greater with the quality set to high. Images of the artwork will be displayed in Oasis around 4 to 5 inches wide.

When submitting digital images, please include the following information:

• filename of digital image
• title of the artwork
• dimensions
• type of media
