On December 13, 2005, our Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecology sections moved into a new clinical office at 500 Shepherd Street (in Executive Park). COMPREHENSIVE FETAL CARE CENTER

Our Shepherd Street Clinic includes a 6,000-square-foot Comprehensive Fetal Care Center (CFCC) with six ultrasound suites with 3D/4D technology and a fetal monitoring suite. The center is also staffed with on-site genetic counselors and multiple pediatric subspecialists. The CFCC is the only center in North Carolina that offers a two-step “integrated screening” for Down Syndrome and other birth defects such as Trisomy 18 and Spina Bifida.
