Guidelines

·         All Medical Center employees (including contract employees) and all Medical Center volunteers are eligible to participate in the RAVE campaign.

·         The campaign will run April 2009 through April 2010.

·         Participants may pick up a form in Volunteer Services (Main Floor, Ardmore Tower) .

·         No referral forms will be accepted after the volunteer interview.

·         Once the prospective volunteer has attended orientation, is interviewed, and has been placed in a volunteer area, a $10.00 gift certificate to the Gift Shop will be sent to the employee/volunteer who made the referral.

·         At the end of the campaign, all names of referring participants whose nominated volunteer has completed the commitment time (3 months or 40 hours) will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
