Our programs and services are flexible to meet the diverse needs of our clients.  The clients we serve have their own work routine, shift schedule, and health risk factors.  We design our services to match your needs and all services are provided at the worksite to maximize accessibility and participation.

Why invest in worksite wellness?  As a worksite, 50% of your profits are spent on healthcare.  Seventy percent of those healthcare costs are attributable to lifestyle and preventable health risk.  Unhealthy lifestyles are the number one cause of premature death.  The prevalence of preventable health risk factors can be reduced by participating in a comprehensive worksite wellness program.  The chart below shows that tobacco use, inactivity and poor nutrition continue to be the primary health concerns of the United States
