Education and Behavior Modification Programs

Once a health assessment has been completed and the individual’s health  risk determined, the Wellness & Corporate Health Services team develops targeted interventions for your employees.  Wellness & Corporate Health Services can assist clients with the development of on-site health classes, wellness challenges, newsletters and other events.  We provide employees with accurate information and recommendations for health enhancement.

We also utilize the WellAssured Guides to Better Health, which gives practical information on risk reduction and health improvement through informative, easy-to-follow steps that involve the participant in making responsible, healthy personal choices.  Each guide focuses on a specific health improvement area.  Guides can be used individually or as a series to provide an effective next-step intervention for any wellness program.  The individual becomes involved in an educational process that encourages and rewards him or her for adopting positive lifestyle behaviors.

Various Topics Include:

  • A Healthy Heart
  • Better Nutrition
  • Cancer Prevention
  • Managing Cholesterol
  • Managing High Blood Pressure
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Weight Management
