Bowman Gray Campus Registration Page

Fall 2007 registration will be July 2 - 18, 2007. Please open the registration form, complete, and return it to the Graduate School office using one of the following methods:

• E-mail - send registration forms to spierce@wfubmc.edu or kereavis@wfubmc.edu
• Interoffice mail
• Fax - 716-0185
  

This form does not require a signature from the student or advisor. Upon receipt of the registration form, the student and advisor will receive a copy of the student's individualized course schedule via e-mail. Students registered for Research hours or as Thesis Only will not be sent a schedule unless specifically requested by the student. Please refer to the Spring 2008 Course Schedule when completing your registration form.

The Registration Form requires that the student enter his/her Student ID. A card with your ID# was sent to you via interoffice mail. Your Student ID may also be found on your pay stub listed as Employee ID.

NOTE

• Students with outstanding university debt (i.e. - unpaid health insurance premiums or thesis only fees) will not be allowed to register until those charges are paid in full.
• If your address and/or phone number has changed, please include the updated information on the registration form.
  

Thesis Only
Students registering as Thesis Only must pay the $30 registration fee each semester. Checks should be made payable to WFUSM. An "Intent To Graduate" (MS Word file | PDF file) form must be submitted when a student registers as Thesis Only for the first time. This form requires the signature of the student and advisor.
