Amy N. Hildreth, MD Assistant Professor of Surgery Acute Care Surgery and Trauma Services Publications Amy Nicole Hildreth, M.D. joined the Department of General Surgery in August 2008 as Assistant Professor of Surgery, Acute Care Surgery and Trauma Services. Originally from Columbia, SC, she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1998 and subsequently earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina in 2002.  She performed her residency from 2002 to 2008 at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine’s Chattanooga Unit and concurrently completed a fellowship in surgical critical care.  She is board eligible in general surgery and surgical critical care.      Referrals Benefits Winston - Salem   Last Updated: October 17, 2008
