Bananas Foster
Servings: 4

4 bananas, sliced
¼ cup apple juice concentrate
Grated zest of 1 orange
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
12 oz. nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt

Slice bananas. Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a nonstick skillet and bring to a boil. Cook just until the bananas are tender. Put 3 oz. nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt in each dessert bowl or stemmed glass, and spoon banana sauce over the top.
