Warming Up

It is important to warm up before starting any exercise session. Warm-up consists of moving around slowly for five to ten minutes to get your blood moving in the targeted muscles, and then stretching. After the session, again move slowly in your mode of exercise for five to ten minutes or until you return to your resting heart rate and stretch.
