Women may have different symptoms of heart disease than men, including:

©       Shortness of breath

©       Weakness

©       Unusual fatigue

©       Nausea

©       Dizziness

©       Acid indigestion or heartburn

©       Back pain

©       Lower chest discomfort

The classic symptoms of crushing chest pain with radiation to the neck and jaw, profound sweating, and shortness of breath don’t always occur in women. Also a woman’s symptoms may not be associated with strenuous activity or stressful circumstances.
