Why WFUBMC:

I entered my 4th year of pharmacy school actively researching and looking for residency programs that fit my needs. Over the course of that year, the more that I looked at different programs, the more clear it became that WFUBMC was above the rest. The clinical experience here at WFUBMC is among the best, with excellent practitioners and preceptors to help guide and mold me into a quality clinical pharmacist. With wide varieties of top-notch rotations to choose from, such as infectious disease, blood and marrow transplantation, and the coronary care unit, it was obvious that my clinical skills would be challenged and improved through working with such knowledgeable colleagues. On top of such a vast and rich field of colleagues to learn from, these very same people made and continue to make me feel as if I am part of their family. From my first interview to now, and I’m sure through the time I spend here, I will continue to feel the love and support of a group of people who really care about me and want to see me succeed not only as a practitioner, but in life as well. I am excited to give my time and efforts to everyone here at WFUBMC, and I know that I will be enriched as a result.
