Why WFUBMC
In pursuit of my goal to gain clinical experience through a pharmacy practice residency, I researched a multitude of residency programs that offered a wide variety of opportunities. Attempting to find exactly what you want from a program can be an overwhelming process, especially when you consider the impact this decision can ultimately have upon your career. However, learning of the opportunities offered by Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center made my decision an easy one. Baptist offers flexibility in a wide variety of rotations, affords autonomy, and the potential for boundless educational experiences. Through my research of this program I also learned of the caliber of pharmacists in its employ and could not feel more privileged to now be working with such driven and compassionate individuals.
