Critical Care Rotation
The six-week rotation in critical care is based primarily in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, with options to spend a week in another ICU, if desired. During this experience, you will provide pharmaceutical care for a wide variety of patients including neurologic diseases, infections, pulmonary diseases, cancer, etc. We will do routine patient and disease state discussions; also, you will have the opportunity to potentially precept students and provide a presentation to the ICU clinical staff pharmacists.
