Computer modeling and biophysics, with special interest in the study of biological water, and extracellular matrix glycosaminoglycans; coagulation kinetics under flow conditions; structure-function relationships and osmotic stress; impact of physicochemical micro-environmental variables on the rate and efficiency of macromolecular interactions with special emphasis on enzymatic pathway of blood coagulation, inflamation angiogenesis and interstitial tissue remodeling.
