Biographical Sketch

Barbara Lasater is currently managing the LTE6673 SAMS study, a primary insomnia study for the clinical research of an investigative drug. She also coordinates the VNS Registry, a long term observance of VNS (vagus nerve stimulation) patients and non-VNS patients who have treatment resistant depression, and ECT Awareness study. Prior experience includes coordination of the rTMS (repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) trial, the AMETHYST clinical research study, using Seroquel as a monotherapy in MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) patients and CATIE (Clinical Antipsychotic Trials of Intervention Effectiveness) the Alzheimer’s Disease study.
