Biographical Sketch

Dr. Anyamele is currently assisting in the management of the VNS Registry, a long-term observance of VNS patients and non-VNS patients who have treatment-resistant depression. He is also certified as an assisting physician of the LTE6673 SAMS study, a primary insomnia study for the clinical research of an investigative drug. Prior experience includes work as a physician /advocate for research and education programs in HIV/AIDS programs in West Africa. Dr. Anyamele has recently accepted a position with Northwestern University in HIV research, where he will practice in Africa for a year under the program funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
