Biographical Sketch

Lyn Treadway is a licensed psychological associate who works in both clinical and research capacities in the Department of Psychiatry. She is currently working with Dr. Linda Porrino in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology on a follow up project associated with Dr. Porrino's grant, "Decision Making in Marijuana Users." This project is designed to identify the extent to which cognitive and brain processes relate to the course of drug use. She has previously worked as a psychiatric interviewer and study therapist on a number of research grants including "Impulsivity and Information Processing in Adolescent Cannabis Abuse," "Relationship of Impulsivity to Symptoms of Suicidal Behavior," "A Longitudinal Study of Suicide Attempts in Adolescents," "Cognitive and Pharmacotherapy for Suicidal Adolescents," and "Genotypic and Phenotypic Heterogeneity on Dyslexia. Project III. Psychiatric and Behavioral Outcomes."
