Biographical Sketch

Samantha Culler is currently coordinating activities for the Runaway Youth Project (RYP) and the First Offenders Johns School under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Mayfield Arnold. The RYP works with adolescents who have runaway from home. The FOJS focuses on men who solicit female prostitutes.
