Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center's spine therapy programs happily accept self referrals and physician referrals, and most major insurances. To schedule an appointment, please call (336)716-8400 or (800)828-2001.
The Spine Therapy Center is located on the first floor of CompRehab Plaza, 131 Miller Street, Winston Salem, N.C. 27106. This is a state of the art facility which offers integrated physician and therapy services to maximize the treatment and rehabilitation potential for every patient.
Directions to CompRehab Plaza:
From Interstate 40 East:
Take Business 40 toward Winston-Salem. Exit Cloverdale Avenue. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Miller Street. Proceed up the hill and turn right into the 2nd entrance into the CompRehab Plaza parking deck.
From Interstate 40 West:
