To schedule an appointment in our spine therapy center, the physician’s office, the patient or the patient’s family may call (336) 716-8400 or (800) 828-2001. You may also email us at SpineCenter@wfubmc.edu. (Please include a phone number where you can be reached.)
We accept most major insurance plans, Worker’s Compensation, Medicare and Medicaid. You may need a referral from your doctor in order for your insurance to pay for your therapy visits. You are welcome to call your insurance company and inquire about your therapy coverage. Our therapy services are billed under North Carolina Baptist Hospital. Please give your insurance carrier this information when inquirying about your coverage. Once you know your insurance benefit, you can determine what you may be responsible for paying at the time of your visit. Please call us if you have any questions.
