Power-Up Golf Training
Greater Consistency

Teaching a new skill in sports and in rehabilitation requires progressing from individual components of the skill to the entire, coordinated motion.  Utilizing a process known as “muscle memory” or “motor learning”, the body is able to “remember” how to correctly reproduce a successful motion to accomplish the desired goal.  This is how basketball players can repetitively make baskets, baseball pitchers can consistently throw strikes, and professional golfers can hit long drives onto the fairways week after week without having to think about each individual swing.  The key to this training is performing a high number of “correct” repetitions.  The benefit of supervised training is to receive instant feedback of your body mechanics as you perform many repetitions of each aspect of the swing

Other Benefits:
Preventing Injuries

Increasing Power
Accelerated Learning
