Power-Up Golf Training
Preventing Injuries

Many golfers develop incorrect habits in a golf swing in an attempt to create a larger back swing or generate more force with the forward swing.  Altering the swing can place the spine and other joints in positions that introduce higher joint and muscle stresses and increase a golfer’s potential for injury.  Learning to maximize motion and accumulate power within normal limits in regard to the body’s design will reduce the incidence of injury and improve a golfer’s enjoyment and longevity in the sport.

Other Benefits:
Increasing Power
Greater Consistency
Accelerated Learning
