Power-Up Golf Training
Accelerated Learning

Many times a Certified Golf Teaching Professional will offer recommendations to improve the mechanics of your swing, but the position or movement that they recommend feels awkward or uncomfortable.   Your body has not been trained and prepared to perform that movement or get into that position.  Individual assessment of your body’s flexibility and strength can determine which stretches or strengthening exercises are needed to enable your body to do what the teaching pro has instructed.  Professional golfers have been training their bodies to perform an efficient and powerful swing for years.  With an appropriate training regimen, you can also train your body to perform the necessary movements and begin seeing the desired affects of the golf training.

Other Benefits:
Preventing Injuries

Increasing Power
Greater Consistency
