Individual Training Sessions
After the first FREE treatment session, each golfer has the option to maximize the benefit available from the Power-Up Golf Training program by scheduling follow-up sessions. All training sessions include direct supervision by a golf fitness specialist. Individual sessions may include any or all of the following:

| · aerobic training
· stretching
· strengthening with free weights and isotonic machines dynamic balance systems
· golf-specific functional training |
Each golfer can choose one of our discount packages of either the “9-Hole” or “18-Hole” options. The “9-Hole” option consists of an additional 8 treatment sessions, and the “18-Hole” plan consists of 17 additional treatment sessions. Your golf fitness specialist will help you progress from initial activities that are geared toward building specific components of strength, flexibility and/or balance, then advance into more difficult functional exercises that require application of these components into coordinated golf skills. Single sessions are also available.
