The Piedmont Triad International Airport (Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem) is located in Greensboro, NC and is approximately 25 miles from Winston-Salem. Central Piedmont Transportation serves the area for ground transportation from the airport and is located on the Baggage Claim Level in the center of the terminal.
