Women Junior Faculty
Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program for Women Junior Faculty was established to provide a mechanism to assist and promote the advancement of women junior faculty in their professional career development, and for the recruitment and retention of women faculty. This Mentoring Program is a formalized program in which women at the junior faculty level (instructor, assistant professor) are linked with women and men senior faculty (associate and full professor) in one-on-one mentoring relationships. Resources and activities are provided to enhance and support the mentoring relationships.
