Continence Center: State of the art investigation and minimal invasive treatment of adults and children with urinary incontinence and those with pelvic organ prolapse.  Call 716-4131.

Downtown Health Plaza: Adult Medicine, Pediatrics and OB/GYN offer medical care at income-based rates. Providers partner with Health Wise, WISH, WIC, and ABCD programs. Call 713-9700/9800.

Plus+One Clinic: Multidisciplinary care for the obese mother during pregnancy and post-partum. Consultation or transfer of care.  Focus is education - maternal and fetal risk, lifestyle changes both dietary and exercise, post-natal care opportunities, recommend evaluation and management during pregnancy.  Call 716-4039.

University Internal Medicine Associates (UIMA): Primary and gynecological care. Call 716-3787.

WFU Center for Reproductive Medicine: Investigation and full-service treatment of infertility, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic  sperm injection ICSI), embryo and egg freezing and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).
